International Women’s Day – BCL Runway Show at Attica with my MOTIVES makeover

Supporting Davina, the lady boss of Bag Charm Love in her first runway show in Attica. I had Michelle with me and we arrived a bit way too early thus we decided to park ourselves in Indochine for beer. Look at how much she could drink! Mine is the 1/2 pint one and hers a whopping full pint! There is even way before the part started. We chatted on our kids as usual being mummies and started our way to Attica which is right next door close to 11pm. Thank god we have priority entry just mentioning Davina name else we would be sweating in the queue just to get in!

Just look at the number of ladies around celebrating the event together! There’s a manicure and makeup corner where ladies could try. But most of us were busy taking selfie as usual. Not forgetting the friendly guys from Red Dot photo helping us with the photo taking as you can see the photos I taken with my Note 3 were really noisy due to insufficient lighting.

Here’s our dear lady petite boss Davina on my right who’s ever so sweet and chic mummy Michelle with her new set of bling wear. And of course that’s me in the middle whose little pink pouch was snapped open. Blur me. I was wear a black overall pants from ages back and so glad I could fit into it after my detox regime from 48kg to 45kg not long ago. Really love how my tummy look now as I put on weight right after I stop breastfeeding. Thanks LoveShopShop for your Nutriclean and CLA range! Will talk more about it in a separate blog.

There’s this instant print booth outside Attica where you can take a photo with your phone, upload into instagram and after hashtag would print a credit card printout on the spot. How cool is that!

Here’s how the printout looks like. Obviously I was not impressed by the colour and lighting. The backdrop should be more brightly lighted up and the location of the lights creates so much shadow that I hated every single one of the photos.

Here’s what inside the goody bags. As a practical person, I love the cosmetic pouch and the arty notebook best. 🙂

Here’s me with an after event look. Can you tell the makeup still look awfully fresh? Its my first time using MOTIVES primer and loose powder and I must day it helps my makeup stay fresh so much longer. Its comparatively working as well as the Chanel makeup base that I was using before. Will continue to order my MOTIVES mineral makeup range from LoveShopShop. Afterall with a fraction of Chanel price and mineral base makeup, this is definitely one brand that I would covet for in my future makeup purchase. No wonder Jennifer Lopez and many other stars are raving on this makeup range.
