SME Center 1st year Celebration & Launch of Jobs-Nearby Portal

Thank you SME for inviting me for their first year celebration. Decided to don my latest sales piece from Her Velvet Vase. I should have bought an XS instead of S. Well, this is a good problem that I am maintaining slim right. Cannot help but take a selfie in the ladies before the event started.

Waiting patiently for the event to start.

Raymond is the Manager of the SME team. He shared on the 3 case studies (May Jia Yong Trading Enterprise/ Ha Li Fa Pte Ltd/ Ace Stars Learning Centre) which SME had helped them improve their processes and efficiency in their business by tapping on the various grants by the government.

She is the new Mayor of South-West CDC, Ms Low Yen Ling (Perm Sec), the special guest of honour for this event.

The mighty team of SME centre saying Hi to everyone! Yiqun, Amanda and Raymond!

Launching of the new job portal Jobs-Nearby which allows job seeker to find jobs near where they stay.

Joseph Tan who is the brainchild of this portal shared that it would create a new pool of jobseekers for employers who do not need full time staff an allow jobseekers to stay longer in the job as it is more accessible.

Cake cutting time!

There was a simple spread of finger food and I am honoured to have a photo with the new Mayor of SouthWest CDC, Ms Low Yen Ling (Perm Sec) and Dulcie Eng, GM of South West CDC.
