Tanned golden-brown and crisped up in the deep-fryer, the spice-battered ‘chook’ is served coated in either
of two signature glazes – the child-friendly Sticky Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet sauce) or the
unapologetically fiery Spicy Flamin’ (Be warned!) concocted with a secret blend of chillies. If preferred, the fried chicken
can also be savoured Naked without any sauce.
