Privacy notice

What I collect

Only what you type into a form on this site:

Enquiry form: your name, the company or work you describe, your message, and the email address or mobile number you choose to give me so I can reply.
Invitation list: your name (optional) and your email address.

I do not ask for identity-card numbers, financial details, or any sensitive personal data through this site. Please do not send them to me here.

Why I use it

Enquiries are used to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to carry on that conversation. Invitation-list details are used for one purpose only: to let you know about events I am hosting. I will not add you to the invitation list from an enquiry, and I will not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

I do not sell personal data, and I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Messages sent through this site reach me by email, so the email and hosting providers that carry and store those messages necessarily process them on my behalf.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or the working relationship it becomes, and for any period I am required to keep business records. Invitation-list details are kept until you ask to come off the list. When personal data is no longer needed for the purpose it was given and there is no legal or business reason to retain it, I delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices

You may ask me what personal data of yours I hold and how it has been used; ask me to correct anything inaccurate; and withdraw your consent at any time. To come off the invitation list, reply to any email from me, or write to the address below — I will action it promptly and you will not need to give a reason.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not profile visitors. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests that file from Google’s servers when a page loads.
