A Singapore entrepreneur and business connector of twenty years, now working in AI adoption as the founder of HumanLed AI.
Celestia Faith Chong is known for connecting people and businesses. Over twenty years she has built a marketing and branding consultancy, developed and monetised an audience, managed brand partnerships, and produced private and corporate events. The through-line is the same in every chapter: understanding how people and business owners decide, and putting the right people in the same room.
She is the founder of HumanLed AI — incorporated in Singapore in 2023 as Celestia Faith Consultancy and recently renamed — which helps small and medium businesses adopt AI and automation in practical, human-centred ways. She also built Airi (爱俐), a private, on-device life assistant for people holding a household together, and has run her own marketing consultancy since 2015.
In July 2026 she took her work to the international stage, exhibiting in the Startup Zone at LEAP East in Hong Kong.
Her foundation in technology is formal, not recent: she has held a Diploma in Information Technology from Nanyang Polytechnic since 1997, alongside a BA (Hons) in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Bradford. Her twenty years across marketing, partnerships and events are what let her bridge business owners and technology — translating between the people who understand AI and the people who have to decide whether to adopt it.
She believes AI adoption is a people problem, not a technology problem. Most businesses that would benefit from AI still say no — and the reason is almost never technical. It is trust, timing, incentives, and whether the people inside the business will actually use what is built. Her work is human-led: technology that carries the everyday and gives people back their time, rather than replacing them.
Community and giving back have run alongside her work for years. She has emceed The Saturday Movement’s flagship Kamcheng Peranakan Gala (2023 and 2024), volunteered with A Packet of Rice, and hosted charity events for Bizlink. As a single mother who built her own career, she cares about seeing more women do the same, and believes people go further when they lift each other.
Languages: English and Mandarin (fluent), Cantonese (conversational), Hokkien (basic). Certified Generative AI Professional.
What matters is not the job titles — it is the range. Celestia’s grounding runs across many industries: retail, F&B, hospitality, property, government, healthcare and corporate services. She has worked with companies including Giordano, Coca-Cola Singapore, Far East Hospitality, the Singapore Land Authority and TÜV SÜD, and was entrusted with blue-chip accounts including CapitaLand, UOB and Singapore’s public hospitals.
That breadth is the point: it is why she reads a business quickly, whatever the sector, and why owners across very different industries trust her judgement. She has run her own marketing consultancy since 2015, incorporated in Singapore in 2023 and recently renamed HumanLed AI.
Born in Singapore, Celestia began working young and built her career from the ground up — agency and brand work, audience and partnerships, events and community, and now technology. She wouldn’t say she is finished; she would say she is still building.
